Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping (2-3 business days) is available at checkout.
Is shipping free?
Yes! Standard shipping is free on all orders over $35. For orders under $35, a flat $4.99 shipping fee applies.
How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it on our Order Tracking page or the carrier's website.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the US, Canada, UK, and Australia. We're working on expanding to more countries.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day hassle-free returns. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is covered by Bazaar.cheap for defective products.
How do I start a return?
Go to Order Tracking, enter your order number and email, and select the items you want to return. We'll email you a prepaid return label.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your returned items. The refund appears on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay — all powered by Stripe.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment card industry security.
Do you offer payment plans?
Not currently, but we're working on adding Buy Now, Pay Later options in the future.
Prices & Deals
Why are prices so low?
We source products directly from trusted suppliers and manufacturers, cutting out middlemen. This allows us to pass the savings directly to you.
Do you price match?
Yes! If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere, contact us with a link and we'll match the price + give you 5% off.
How do deals and sales work?
We regularly run sales on our products. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know about flash sales and exclusive discounts.
Account
Do I need an account to order?
No! You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and view your order history.
How do I create an account?
Click the account icon in the top navigation and select 'Register'. You'll need your name, email, and a password.
How do I reset my password?
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page, enter your email, and follow the instructions in the email we send you.
Products
Are products authentic?
Yes. We only source from trusted suppliers and verified manufacturers. Every product is inspected before listing.
Can I sell on Bazaar.cheap?
Not yet, but we're working on a marketplace feature for third-party sellers. Stay tuned!
Where do products ship from?
Our products ship from fulfillment centers across the US, which allows for faster delivery times.
